Benefit Schedule

After we input the census, we need to know what are the benefits that you provide your Group Life Insurance. There are three basic Group Life Insurance Schedules.

1) Salaries
For example, one times salary, rounded to the next $1,000 with a maximum of $250,000.

2) Flat amount
For example, everyone gets a flat $25,000.

3) Class
For example;
Class 1 (Owners): 1 times salary to a maximum of $250,000
Class 2 (Mgmt): 1 times salary to a maximum of $100,000
Class 2 (all others): flat $50,000
